Hometown Maintenance & Repair, LLC
Hometown Maintenance & Repair is owned and operated by Matthew and Randi Woolsey. Mr. and Mrs. Woolsey have been together for six years and married for three, they currently moved to Bellingham from Ketchikan Alaska to start a family.

Matthew M. Woolsey
Matthew grew up in Bellingham and graduated from Sehome High School in 2001. After high school Matt joined the United States Coast Guard, when he completed basic training he was accepted to Machinery Technician school in Virginia, here Matt studied a variety of mechanical systems ranging from air conditioning and refrigeration to internal combustion engines. From Machinery School in Virginia Matthew was transferred to Ketchikan, a small town in southeast Alaska. In Ketchikan Matt was tasked with maintaining and repairing systems in 7 industrial sized buildings including a 36 unit barracks complex. These systems ranged widely, from large boiler systems to the occasional drywall patch.

After the Coast Guard Matthew took a job at Schmolck Mechanical Contractors, a plumbing and heating company based out of Ketchikan. This is where Matt gained the majority of his plumbing and electrical experience. For 3 years Matt responded to any and all plumbing and heating calls. Clogged waste lines, flooding houses, broken water heaters, leaking heating systems, furnace and boiler repair and clogged toilets and sinks were just some of the disasters Matt was faced with.

These are just a couple of maintenance and repair qualifications Matthew has, other qualifications include: working for a landscaping company in Bellingham, completing a welding class with the University of Alaska and receiving a Wastewater Operator I certificate from the State of Alaska.

Randi K. Woolsey
Randi is Hometown Maintenance's extraordinary business manager. She has many years of office experience including 3 years as a title examiner for Alaska Escrow And Title Agency in Ketchikan. Randi grew up in Ketchikan but has always loved Bellingham's "little big town" feel. Mrs. Woolsey is currently a Certified Nursing Assistant, a licensed Title Examiner and an outstanding wife.
